Opening times

Le Bistrot du Moulin is open every lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm and every evening from 7pm to 9pm. Le Bistrot du Moulin is closed on Sunday evenings.

The establishment will be closed for annual holidays from 21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 inclusive.

All year round, Le Bistrot du Moulin is Châteaubourg's must-visit bistronomic address.

In summer, Le Bistrot du Moulin welcomes you to its riverside terrace where you can enjoy an al fresco meal in a wonderfully verdant setting. While in winter, the restaurant beckons you upstairs to sit by the crackling flames of its fire. Here, a warm welcome awaits you in our panoramic dining room overlooking the park. Whatever the season, a delightfully informal, family feel reigns supreme here.

The chef and his cuisine

Faithful to the spirit of the Ar Milin’ Estate, Chef Damien offers market-fresh cuisine that embraces the seasons and the local produce on offer. The restaurant's menu follows the tides, harvests and the pick-of-the-crops, promising you an ever-changing repertoire of flavours!

Typically favouring short supply chains, the Chef works with local and regional producers with whom he has built up long-standing relationships of trust. They all share the same passion for good, fresh produce. And when in season, the Jardin d'Albertine is a wonderful source of edible flowers, vegetables and aromatic herbs.
The result is generous, gourmet, locally-sourced cuisine.

To accompany lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers an impressive selection of wines, from the very finest vintages to those made with pleasure in mind.
